This blog is the “personal side” of my informational website, Little Black Dress Fitness Tips. I’m struggling with my weight, just like you (or MOST brunetteof you!), and I’m determined to get back into my Little Black Dress. This blog is intended to hold me accountable to you, my readers, and to set a (hopefully) good example for a healthy lifestyle and encourage you to make wise choices when it comes to nutrition and exercise.

I’ll be updating this blog on a daily basis with six main components:

My Weight – I’m not suggesting that we need to weigh ourselves on a daily basis, but I’d like to track my daily fluctuations just to get an in-depth picture of what is working and what isn’t.

My Food Intake – Studies have shown that people who track their food intake are more successful at weight loss than those who don’t. So I’m looking at this blog as my “online food journal.” Maybe it will give you some ideas for easy, simple, healthy meals and snacks as well.

My Workouts – Just like the food journal, I’m hoping that documenting my workouts will help me in my weight loss journey. Plus, being accountable to an online audience can be extremely motivating!

My Daily Struggles and Victories – Just simple things that we all go through.

Tips and Tricks – And I’ll be hoping you’ll leave your tips and tricks in the Comment section!

Exercise and Nutrition News – This is where I’ll share breaking news and interesting new information regarding exercise and nutrition.

I’ll also post pictures, and my measurements on a weekly basis. So please join me and let’s all get back into a little black dress!
