So here is my Weekly Weight Loss Goal Chart. As you can see, I’m shooting to lose 2 pounds a week, which is a safe and sane weight loss goal. I may lose more one week and less the next week, but as long as it all averages out to 2 pounds a week, I’ll be down to 122 pounds by my 44th birthday on September 14, 2010. Woo hoo!!!
